The full kitchen is equipped for your cooking needs. It has a Keurig, coffees, teas, creamers and sugar, cooking oil and spices. Vaulted ceiling with a ceiling fan. The bathroom is a good size with a jacuzzi tub/shower. The walk-in closet has an energy efficient washer/dryer with laundry supplies included. Spectrum cable TV with Xumo box that you can sign into your own streaming services or watch many free movies. Located 2 blocks from a major park-Fitchner Mainwaring.

Summary: I was so happy with this little gem, and its wonderful owner Tina. I relocated to Medford and stayed here while finding a home. I was pleasantly surprised to find all of the comforts of a large home in this apartment. Full size closet with storage, washer and dryer, amazing kitchen and more!
